Q: What are your top suggestions for individuals who want to improve overall health?
A: Our top suggestions that we believe most individuals could benefit from are a good quality multivitamin, omega 3s, and vitamin D3. A good multivitamin ensures that you are getting a wide variety of nutrients, some of which might otherwise be missing from diet alone. It is important to get a multivitamin that is non-synthetic and whole food based so that your body absorbs it well. Omega 3s/fish oil have countless benefits, ranging from brain health to heart health to mood to hair, skin, and nails. They are also something that very few Americans consume enough of in their every day diet. Vitamin D3 is another common deficiency and has many functions, including immune system, mood, hormones, energy, and bone health.
Those are our most essential 3. If an individual wanted to take things a step further, we would also suggest probiotics and magnesium for a great foundation. Beyond that, it is up to the individual and what interests them and what they feel they could benefit from, whether they find out deficiencies in blood work or are interested in the benefits of a given product.
Q: What makes your vitamins better than the ones at the drug store?
A: All of our products are natural, non-synthetic, and are third-party tested. We sell and promote products that we have thoroughly researched and that we believe in. We take that step further by offering a variety, from slightly cheaper alternatives (that are still clean) to products that are USDA organic, GMP, Kosher, etc.

Q: What do I get out of a Bod Pod and consult?
A: The Bod Pod reads your percent body fat, lean mass, and your RMR (resting metabolic rate). Eddie then uses this information to discuss your caloric intake, different types of foods, macronutrients (proteins, carbs, and fats), meal timing, exercise, supplements, and more. Consults with Eddie typically last 1 hour.
Q: Do you sell products that are not shown here on your online store?
A: YES! We have over 10,000 products in-store. Our online store contains, for the most part, our best sellers.
Q: What should I do if I want to order a product I know you carry in store but it is not online?
A: Two choices; you can either place an over-the-phone shipping order (prices and shipping will be the same) or you can send us a request to add that item to the website for you.
Q: How do I know what supplements are right for me?
A: We suggest doing your personal research or discussing this with your doctor if that would make you feel comfortable or if you are on medication. If you come into either of our locations we would be happy to assist you and guide you in the right direction. We do not push products. We take pride in listening to our customer's needs and finding what we believe would work best for them.
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: We do. We want to make sure our customers are satisfied with our products. Our return policy is as follows:
1. Have receipt and product is unopened: Full refund.
2. Have receipt but product has been opened: If 30 days or less since purchase, will offer refund. If it has been more than 30 days, we can offer in-store credit.
